I'm a competitive strongman athlete and one of Britain's strongest men, competing as a Giants Live athlete. As a dedicated strength coach, I'm passionate about helping others unlock their potential. My coaching philosophy is simple: personalised programming, progressive overload, and sustainable habits that deliver real results.
Whether you're training for strength, muscle gain, or competition, I combine evidence-based training principles with real-world coaching experience to build programmes that work.
Beyond coaching, I'm also a competition organiser. I run Hampshire's Strongest, one of the region's premier strongman competitions, bringing the strength community together and creating opportunities for athletes to compete and grow.
